Oracle Database Administrator

Key Responsibilities: (DBA Administrator)

• Perform Oracle database performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage database backup and recovery processes.
• Oversee user and tablespace management.
• Automate routine database tasks using shell scripting.
• Monitor and maintain database health and availability on Unix/Linux systems.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery strategies.
• Experience with user management and tablespace administration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred:

• Oracle certification.
• Experience with cloud-based Oracle databases.
