Oracle Cpq Consultant

• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and CRM-to-ERP functional cycles with strong CPQ domain expertise.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy CPQ functionalities aligned with business requirements.
• Handle complex configurations including product rules, pricing setups, BOM, BML logic, commerce flows, and document design.
• Integrate CPQ with CRM and ERP systems ensuring seamless data flow across sales, fulfillment, and billing processes.
• Collaborate with onshore–offshore teams to deliver solution components, resolve defects, and manage customer expectations.
• Engage directly with customers to understand problem statements, gather business requirements, and convert them into functional and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure CPQ modules including product configuration, commerce processes, pricing, and document designer.
• Develop advanced BML queries, formulas, and logic for complex customer requirements.
• Set up ATO/PTO models and integrate them with ERP fulfillment systems.
• Build and enhance CRM and ERP integrations using SOAP and web-service frameworks.
• Work on ABO functionality including package installation, configuration, and modification.
• Participate in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, manage deliverables, and provide customer-facing support.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Functional experience in Quote-to-Cash, CRM-to-ERP processes, CPQ configuration, and pricing operations.
• Expertise in Salesforce / OSC / CRM integrations and working knowledge of ABO features.
• Strong technical proficiency in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience in writing BML code for complex use cases.
• Experience with document designer and XSL snippet customization.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Successful track record of working in onshore–offshore delivery models.
