Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management SCM modules with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
Manage full lifecycle implementation, including discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
Drive end-to-end Order to Cash cycle functionalities: Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Hub, and Manufacturing.
Integrate Oracle Order Management with other SCM cloud modules such as Procurement and Shipping/3PL (Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, Landed Cost).
Participate in and lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and map business processes to Oracle functionality.
Prepare and manage project documentation including configuration guides, process flows, user stories, test scripts, and testing plans.
Support UAT and post-go-live hypercare activities ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution.
Lead workshops related to process design, configuration, testing, and validation.
Collaborate effectively with clients to enhance business processes and implement best practices.
Provide expert advice on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management solutions and demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills.
Exhibit ownership, commitment, and teamwork attitude in all project phases.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.
Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation lifecycle and best practices.
Experience with configuration, data conversion, and RICEFW component design and development.
Hands-on experience in cross-module integration within Oracle Cloud SCM.
Ability to lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Skilled in documentation and presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent client interaction capabilities.
