Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle Benefit Specialist to implement and configure Oracle Benefits modules to support employee benefit programs. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, providing training and support to HR teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits. This role requires an individual who can stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance related to employee benefits administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Module Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure Oracle Benefits modules to support a company's employee benefit programs.
