Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent with 4+ years of experience as a systems/application/business analyst
- A minimum of 6 years of production support/implementation experience with Oracle SCM modules - Order Management
- Knowledge of Oracle O2C process and its integration with Manufacturing
- Must have experience in PL/SQL programming, Business events, AOL Objects, Interfaces, Workflow customizations and Oracle Forms.
- Should have very good knowledge of XML/RDF reports, form personalization
- Understanding set-up / configuration / administration areas to support current service portfolio.
- Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Must be a team player and able to interact well with all users, peers and executive management
