Role: Oracle– Accounting Foundation Cloud Services (AFCS) Consultant

Experience: 10+yrs

Pan India

 

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with strong Oracle Finance functional background.
  • Proven hands-on experience working on Oracle SaaS Accounting Foundation Cloud Services (AFCS) implementations/support.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts: subledger accounting, accounting events, journal creation, close process, reconciliation, audit controls.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Payables (AP), Receivables (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Expenses, Cash Management, Projects (as applicable)
  • Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Experience working with integrations (requirements + functional design) and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, Fit-Gap, Setup Docs, Test Scripts, Training materials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) concepts or working with integration teams.
  • Reporting exposure: OTBI / BI Publisher / Financial Reporting Studio (as applicable).
  • Prior experience in large transformation programs, multi-country rollout, or shared services setup.
  • Knowledge of Tax, Intercompany, Consolidation is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Finance/Implementation) are an advantage.
