Job Description

Establish, lead, and scale the OSS function in India, ensuring alignment with global HQ standards.

Design and implement processes for customer operations, service delivery, and technical support.

Coordinate with global teams (HQ Korea, US, China, Taiwan, Vietnam) on technical escalations and operational alignment.

Oversee customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, deployment, after-sales support, and issue resolution.

Monitor technical operations for installations, testing, firmware updates, maintenance, and repair activities.

Collaborate with R&D, Product, Engineering, Production, and Field Service teams to ensure smooth operations
