Job Description

Establish, lead, and scale the Operations Support System (OSS) function in India, ensuring alignment with global HQ standards.

Design and implement processes for customer operations, technical support, and service delivery.

Build team capability through structured development, training, and performance management.

Coordinate global technical escalations and communication with HQ teams in Korea, US, China, Taiwan, and other regions.

Oversee customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, deployment coordination, after-sales support, and issue resolution.

Monitor technical operations for installations, firmware updates, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring SLA compliance.

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Field Service teams to facilitate seamless product and service flow.

Own OSS performance metrics, provide strategic updates to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
