Operations Specialist

Role

• This role will have following responsibilities.
• Ensure all vendor deliverables in line with CSP
• Define cadence for operational activities and ensure they are done as per the quality norms. e.g RCA review, problem mgt sessions, MBRM, capacity , release mgt, License mgt, documentation
• Highlight the risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with change management process.
• Create and adopt MI runbook for efficient and effective mgt of the MI
• During MI, he will help coordinate on behalf of DN to ensure vendors perform as expected.
• Will closely work with PO and vendor
• Provide performance feedback for vendors
• Can help with SIAM (Supplier Integration & Management)
• Person can be based in India but to operate in EMEA Timezone + Standby outside EMEA hours, so he gets best of 3 zones.
• Reporting for ITIL Functions Incident, change, problem
