Operations - RWA

The Operations - RWA role is responsible for managing and optimizing the processes related to Risk Weighted Assets within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of RWA reports for senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in operations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to RWA and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
