Operations Manager:Retail Operations_AFL

Key Responsibilities

• Handle disbursement processes for retail asset products such as LAP, Micro-LAP, Affordable Housing Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Emerging Market loans
• Maintain records, implement, and strictly adhere to SOPs for all processes
• Manage post-disbursal activities, including receipt and closure of PDD/deliverables
• Operate the customer service desk for walk-in customers and address their queries
• Manage property documents, including scanning, storage, retrieval, and knowledge of locally applicable documentation
• Ensure adherence to branch operations processes in collaboration with sales, credit, collections, and other teams
• Maintain audit readiness of the branch by following critical operational parameters at all times
