Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of production, logistics, and support teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and technical teams to ensure commitments to customers are met.
- Procurement & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement processes, manage inventory, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.
- Cost Reduction: Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on quality.
- Project Support: Support new projects and expansions by ensuring operational readiness.
- ERP Systems & Automation: Leverage ERP systems and implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all teams.
