Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Manila H&W administration operations, collaborating with Manila leadership, client delivery teams, and administration governance to meet financial, service, and staffing objectives.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with business and outsourcing leaders through quality service delivery and proactive communication.
  • Develop and optimize operational strategies for efficient service delivery and global partnership.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and ensure teams meet financial targets.
  • Analyze and drive individual and team utilization metrics; identify opportunities to leverage resources.
  • Manage tasks and budgets to maintain a healthy financial position and support client billable projects.
  • Seek synergies across delivery groups to optimize resource utilization.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, governance, and business stakeholders to enforce policies and address performance feedback.
  • Drive strategic execution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce processes and quality standards related to business continuity, information security, data privacy, and business conduct.
  • Oversee ISO certification implementation and sustainment for Manila administration teams.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas; design and implement bestpractice solutions.
  • Monitor team performance against quality, security, and delivery standards; champion risk mitigation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, including at least 2 years in operations leadership.
  • Experience leading a team of 100+ across multiple shifts.
  • Proven track record in service delivery and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to work with virtual teams across different geographic regions.
  • Experience working with U.S. teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Project and MS Excel is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Health & Welfare or U.S. benefits outsourcing is advantageous.
