Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions in collaboration with global teams.
• Define AI adoption KPIs and metrics, set up dashboards, and track progress.
• Convert adoption metrics into financial impacts and align with budgets and targets.
• Drive AI tooling adoption through campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to curate AI courses, certifications, and learning paths.
• Evaluate AI initiatives with cost-benefit analysis and ROI tracking.
• Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI from AI tooling.
