Operations Executive, EF, External Fullfillment

We are seeking high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our India Operations team. Key Job Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple seller flex sites from an operations and compliance perspective.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and meet operational metrics.
• Use customer obsession and a high sense of ownership to identify patterns and detect disruptions.
• Dive deep into operational details, scrutinize data, and foresee any potential data implications.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.
• Travel to seller nodes to launch, set up, and monitor Flex operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role.
