Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to ensure the company achieves its targets and operates efficiently.
  • Assist senior executives, business owners, or Board of Directors in planning and executing operational activities.
  • Oversee the complete operations of a small business or specific departmental functions as assigned.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities, including maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Report operational performance and issues to higher management, including Chief Operations Officer or Facilities Executive, while maintaining direct communication with senior leadership.
