Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle MICE groups at different international and domestic destinations
• Manage MICE operations efficiently
• Handle documentation and liaise with corporates, suppliers, airlines, and hotels
• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers
• Design itineraries, manage reservations, billing, visa processing, and coordinate with agents for rates, enquiries, and bookings for international and domestic operations
• Handle incentive tour operations in the MICE division
• Create itineraries for inbound and domestic tour packages
• Work on costing and manage corporate hotel bookings
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and hotels
• Maintain good PR relations
• Deal directly with clients
