Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop streamlined HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Foster cross-functional relationships, ensuring managers and employees are properly connected
  • Schedule periodic sessions to educate employees on policies related to sexual harassment, dress code, social media usage, etc.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Maintain employee files tracking leaves, medical and attendance records, and performance reviews
  • Execute efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for full-cycle recruitment
  • Design orientation programs and training modules
  • Manage email accounts for new and resigned employees
  • Draft, update, and maintain documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, SOPs, and other HR-related documents
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Implement performance review procedures including quarterly, annual, and 360 evaluations
  • Advise the team on labor legislation matters, e.g., employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates, conduct exit interviews, and streamline dismissal processes
  • Meet employees regularly for progress reviews and discuss any grievances
  • Create a best-in-class leadership team through coaching and mentoring
  • Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases and files
  • Coach managers to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
  • Manage HR projects
