Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve external user issues effectively
- Analyze current processes and propose changes to scale operations and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with Stripe teams to improve product offerings and external product messaging
- Gain insights into how Stripe users scale and operate their businesses
- Contribute to building a new team and defining operational culture at Stripe
- Learn and engage with Stripe's internal systems and processes
- Partner with global operations specialists or process owners to manage critical workflows
