Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve external user issues effectively
  • Analyze current processes and propose changes to scale operations and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with Stripe teams to improve product offerings and external product messaging
  • Gain insights into how Stripe users scale and operate their businesses
  • Contribute to building a new team and defining operational culture at Stripe
  • Learn and engage with Stripe's internal systems and processes
  • Partner with global operations specialists or process owners to manage critical workflows
