Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics, etc.).
Track and report key operational metrics (KPIs, SLAs, etc.).
Process Improvement:
Assist in reviewing and streamlining existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in operational audits and recommend corrective actions.
Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, supply chain, etc.) to resolve operational issues.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
System & Tool Management:
Utilize ERP, CRM, or operations management software to extract and analyze data.
Assist in automation projects and technology upgrades as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and changes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process management.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
