Operational Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational support for the Stock Loan Business Unit.
• Execute trade bookings, amendments, and exception management for NY-based Stock Loan trades.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the trade lifecycle to ensure accuracy and risk awareness.
• Perform position reconciliations and lifecycle adjustments to minimize operational risk.
• Maintain strong control frameworks and adhere to escalation protocols.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management across coverage markets.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in Equities or Stock Loan Middle Office / Operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads and prioritize efficiently.
• Flexibility to support US shift hours.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset toward change management.
• Strong understanding of escalation processes and risk management principles.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Demonstrates accountability with a drive for excellence.
