Operational Lead

Provide leadership for all TB project activities aligned with Global Fund principles

Manage, mentor, and motivate the project team for effective performance

Allocate project resources, including manpower and finances, for planning and implementation

Conduct internal team meetings to communicate goals, delegate tasks, and provide guidance

Engage with Senior NTEP officials, private sector specialists, and other stakeholders for project execution

Report overall project progress to NTEP, stakeholders, and Global Fund teams

Assist NTEP in DRTB management, Paediatric TB labs, EPTB, and other project components

Conduct desk reviews and capacity assessments of private hospitals/healthcare facilities

Undertake field visits to monitor project planning and implementation, providing feedback
