JD – Operation Manager ( Networking )
Roles & Responsibility :-
Being a Network Operations Manager , responsible for end‑to‑end management, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations at deployed site . This role ensures high availability, security, SLA compliance, and operational excellence while leading network operations teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skillset –
- Routing & Switching: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP
- Network Devices: Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers
- Security: Firewall rules, VPN, IPS/IDS, NAC
- Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, NMS, Syslog
- Connectivity: MPLS, Leased Line, Broadband, SD‑WAN
- Wireless: Enterprise Wi‑Fi, Controllers, Access Points
- Configuration of L2 switch, L3 switch, WLC and Access points.
- Provide L2 and L3 support of Network to EUS team
- Asset management through CMDB .
- Daily Monitor and Manage CORE Network on SolarWinds (NSD Network Dashboard).
- Consulting clients for EOL/EOS device replacement and device upgradation.
- Follow up with vendor for faster resolution of passive network ( LAN, Fiber)
- Periodically upgrade the IOS of Network devices to clear VA points.
- Co-ordinating with WAN for any issue related to MPLS as well as IIL link.
- ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, ITIL processes

CCNA , Network security certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) , ITIL Foundation
