Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in making key policy, planning, and strategic decisions.
  • Oversee daily operations of outlets and the Central Kitchen to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support short-term and long-term operational planning, including business expansions.
  • Identify operational problems and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance business growth.
  • Monitor and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with delivery portals to ensure seamless service.
  • Implement measures to improve customer experience across all outlets.
