Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple BTL campaigns simultaneously.
• Independently manage on-ground activities and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Assist in planning operational budgets and manage fund flow statements for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors across PAN India for campaign execution.
• Submit timely project reports and updates.
• Ensure delivery of all committed campaign deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain a strong vendor network.
• Learn and assist in talent management, as well as vendor and manpower sourcing.
• Maintain and leverage a strong vendor base for campaign effectiveness.
