 Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·Development: Design and develop applications using OpenText Extream to meet project requirements.

·Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OpenText Extream with existing systems and applications.

·Customization: Customize and enhance OpenText Extream features to align with business needs.

·Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Extream platform and its integrations.

·Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides.

·Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

·Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.

Technical Skills:

·Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript).

·Strong understanding of database management and SQL.

·Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration methodologies.

·Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

·Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience with other OpenText products.

·Knowledge of enterprise content management (ECM) principles.

·Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
