OpenText Archiving Professional

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage OpenText Archiving solutions including ICC, BCC, and IES
• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText Archive Center and its components
• Configure SAP archival using ArchiveLink and ArchiveLink for SAP in Content Suite Platform
• Implement ILM archiving and SAP DMS solutions as per business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently related to Archive Center and its components on both SAP and server sides
• Execute archiving use cases for multiple customers (5–7 use cases recommended)
• Take ownership of setting up OpenText components and ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Document all implementation and configuration steps and submit comprehensive reports to clients
