Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to banking products and services over phone calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and document all interactions in CRM tools
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process workflows, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in voice process/customer support, preferably in the banking or financial domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking products and terminology is preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and rotational shifts
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (added advantage)
