Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to banking products and services over phone calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions in CRM tools
  • Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to process workflows, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in voice process/customer support, preferably in the banking or financial domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and terminology is preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and rotational shifts
  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English and regional languages (added advantage)
