Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Analysis & Solutioning: Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions while leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Strategic Alignment: Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly.
• Supervision & Guidance: Operate with minimal guidance on new assignments, determining appropriate methods and procedures.
• Team & Client Interaction: Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads, and collaborate with peers and management levels at the client.
• Impact & Decision Making: Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally influence other teams.
