Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Analysis & Solutioning: Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions and adapting existing methods and procedures as needed.
• Strategic Alignment: Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly.
• Supervision & Guidance: Work with guidance on new assignments, while making decisions that often impact the team.
