Job Description
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation)
- Translate legislation and policy into business requirements, whereby end users are able to validate and verify transformation into OPA
- Responsible for modeling, development, regression, testing, and deployment of OPA project to production
- OPA Rule Authoring, debugging, Interview screen development
- Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub management
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST Webservices
- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
- Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
- OPA certification is a plus
- Knowledge of other CRM products(Service Cloud/RightNow, CPQ, Sales, Siebel) is a plus
- OPA Knowledge on REST, SOAP,JSON etc
