Job Description

The Online Marketing Manager will oversee and develop marketing campaigns, drive promotional activities, manage digital channels, and analyze data to optimize performance. The role involves coordinating internal and external marketing efforts, managing CRM systems, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and trends.
  • Devise and present marketing strategies and creative ideas to stakeholders.
  • Write, proofread, and manage creative content for campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in online/digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, social media marketing, and data analytics.
  • Strong communication, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, content management, and event coordination.
