One Identity Manager - Senior Engineer (L3/L4 Support)

• Administer, configure, and support the One Identity Manager platform on a daily basis.

• Provide L3/L4 break/fix support and troubleshoot issues escalated beyond L1/L2.

• Manage dynamic role and policy configurations, workflows, and job chains.

• Handle bulk data imports, generate reports, and implement minor bug fixes.

• Document changes, processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in release testing and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor system performance, perform patching, and manage upgrades.
