Consultants with 15+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Fusion HCM Technical Consultant .

Business process knowledge or functional experience within one or more key areas:

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Completed at least 2 full Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) project implementations
• Extensive knowledge of underlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Extensive work on BI Reports, Data Migration, Integration, and Workflow components
• Essential functional understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)
• Desirable functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)
• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects (MENA Region).
• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud.
• Technical tasks include BI Reports, Integrations, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
• Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engage with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
• Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
• Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation, or training material.
• Support existing customers technical solutions and resolve any issues/enhancements that may occur.
• Adhere to documented development standards and implement best-practice development methods.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.
• Possess strong technical skills across the Oracle Cloud toolset.
• Adhere to industry best practices and contribute towards delivery standards and methodology.
• Display passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability.
• Display persistence to complete tasks and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested.
• Accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work.
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within the client community.
• Present solutions clearly and provide training on technical topics to target groups and colleagues.
