DAP Content Development

• • Build and maintain in-app guidance using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) aligned with program standards.
• • Collaborate with SMEs and training leads to identify and prioritize DAP content needs.
• • Onboard and coach client teams on how to use Userlane for content development.
• • Ensure consistency, usability, and accuracy of DAP content across systems and regions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• • Work closely with functional teams in Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Solutions to gather content requirements.
• • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.

Documentation & Tools Management

• • Use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint to create, manage, and track content.
• • Maintain version control and adhere to content standards across all deliverables.
