Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify target areas for prospective business.
- Pre-screen customer segments as per organization norms.
- Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Sales & Disbursement Management
- Ensure the number of log-ins and disbursement targets are met.
- Cross-sell multiple products to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships both internally and externally.
- Establish a strong brand presence and identification with potential customers.
Vendor & Distribution Management
- Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
- Develop and strengthen distribution channels for business growth.
Promotions & Customer Engagement
- Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all Audit / RBI regulations.
