Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify target areas for prospective business.
  • Pre-screen customer segments as per organization norms.
  • Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Sales & Disbursement Management

  • Ensure the number of log-ins and disbursement targets are met.
  • Cross-sell multiple products to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships both internally and externally.
  • Establish a strong brand presence and identification with potential customers.

Vendor & Distribution Management

  • Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
  • Develop and strengthen distribution channels for business growth.

Promotions & Customer Engagement

  • Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all Audit / RBI regulations.
