Officer sales/ Assistant Manager -

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients based on their needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel/visit clients regularly (field-based role).
• Basic computer or smartphone literacy.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for field roles).
