Job Description
The Officer (Corporate Businesses) – BIS is responsible for the end-to-end execution of corporate client events, ensuring delivery of high-quality services across multiple domains such as hospitality, venue and event management, travel, hotel accommodation, transport, and other logistical support. This role supports high-value clients and involves coordination for events with large guest volumes.
Operating within an assigned territory, the Officer will manage multiple or successive events, ensuring smooth delivery through direct on-ground engagement, mobilization of internal teams, and effective coordination with vendors. The incumbent will also act as the primary resource in the region for overseeing client service delivery and supporting project implementation across various client locations beyond the base office.
Key responsibilities include conducting field visits, addressing real-time operational challenges, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely approvals, billing, and payment follow-ups. The Officer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., hotels, event planners, transport providers) to ensure that service standards are met.
The role also involves supporting logistical planning, managing deliverables for quality and cost-effectiveness, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualification:
- Full-time graduate in any discipline
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with relevant experience in commercial or client-facing roles within hospitality, travel, tourism, hotel, or event management industries will be preferred
