Officer - ATM Operations

An Officer in ATM Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure functioning of a bank's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network. Key responsibilities

• ATM Monitoring and Maintenance: An Officer monitors ATM status and performance, performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots technical issues to reduce downtime, and resolves software problems.
• Cash Management: Responsibilities include ensuring ATMs are stocked with cash, managing replenishment schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining cash transaction records.
• Customer Service: This involves addressing and resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient support.
• Security and Compliance: Officers adhere to security protocols, monitor for suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Compiling data and generating reports on ATM usage and trends are part of the role, as is analyzing data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
