Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about the institution
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar of events
  • Manage student attendance records and update databases
  • Assist with admissions and enrolment processes
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Handle student and staff records while maintaining confidentiality
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for repairs and maintenance
  • Manage room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events
  • Ensure a clean and organized front office area
  • Provide information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrolment procedures
  • Assist with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts
  • Address student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally
