Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the assigned coworking space independently.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all areas through coordination with housekeeping and technical teams.
  • Act as the face of the brand, welcoming members and visitors with professionalism.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support tickets efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and occupancy by giving tours to prospects and assisting with onboarding.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from inquiry and tour to negotiation and closure.
  • Participate in daily meetings with the Sales Head/Management for planning and reporting.
  • Oversee invoice generation and payment follow-ups for all members.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and external service providers.
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Execute daily tasks and special requests from management as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance to uphold the organization's brand image.
  • Take complete ownership of operations, sales, and customer satisfaction for the coworking space.

  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
  • Experience in operations, sales, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in budgeting, lead generation, CRM tools, and reporting
  • Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (preferred)
