Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned coworking space independently.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all areas through coordination with housekeeping and technical teams.
- Act as the face of the brand, welcoming members and visitors with professionalism.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and support tickets efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive sales and occupancy by giving tours to prospects and assisting with onboarding.
- Conduct cold calling and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from inquiry and tour to negotiation and closure.
- Participate in daily meetings with the Sales Head/Management for planning and reporting.
- Oversee invoice generation and payment follow-ups for all members.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and external service providers.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies to ensure smooth functioning.
- Execute daily tasks and special requests from management as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance to uphold the organization's brand image.
- Take complete ownership of operations, sales, and customer satisfaction for the coworking space.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
- Experience in operations, sales, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in budgeting, lead generation, CRM tools, and reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (preferred)
