Job Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, documents, and files
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation, attendance, and basic data entry
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
