Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall OEM marketing strategy with a focus on business growth and profitability.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at major automotive OEM clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate long-term agreements, and secure strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with R&D, NPD, and Operations teams to align product offerings with OEM requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Define annual business plans, sales targets, and marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team to drive performance and achieve objectives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and superior service standards.
