Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis:
• Dive deep into current business processes and workflows across various departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to optimize operations using Odoo ERP.
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to guide implementation strategies.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Odoo ERP capabilities.
• ERP Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct rigorous system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure successful deployment.
• Training and Support:
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for end-users on Odoo ERP functionalities.
• Create user-friendly manuals and training materials to facilitate user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Project Management:
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and track project milestones.
• Utilize project management tools to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Odoo ERP system.
• Develop and implement robust data migration strategies.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Any number of years of experience as a Business Analyst in diverse industries.
• Must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Odoo ERP modules and configurations, with a deep understanding of its architecture.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, sales, supply chain, and other critical areas.
• Experience with SQL and database management, including data migration and integration.
• Familiarity with Python and other scripting languages is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
