Owns and is responsible for the configuration of KONE's O365 platform and associated technologies (e.g., Exchange on-prem).
Ensures configuration guidelines, templates, and documentation are created, updated, and maintained.
Responsible for technical designs and their implementation and deployment, guiding projects as the O365 technical subject matter expert.
Works closely with related IT solution, development, and operations teams.
Ensures and maintains the technical health of the system, including participation in problem management.
Responsible for understanding new O365 features and the adoption and implementation plan for KONE, including related testing and communication.
Works with the cybersecurity team and platform owner to achieve and maintain O365 security.
Defines and owns the O365 platform access management.
Responsible for O365 license compliance and optimal license usage.
Supports the platform owner and technical architect on the application/platform lifecycle management roadmap plan and implementation.
Actively participates in KONE communities, such as the configuration owner community, proactively learning best practices and sharing value/experience with the wider group.
Supports the development and improvement of related processes and practices.

Degree or equivalent education.
Fast and passionate about learning with a can-do attitude.
10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in O365 suite administration (cloud and on-prem) in a large-scale environment.
Senior expert-level knowledge of Microsoft O365 and related technologies.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of Office 365 design and deployment best practices, including integration opportunities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
Strong documentation skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to succeed in diverse, globally distributed matrix organizations.
Experience in working and collaborating with global IT partners.
Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held.
