O2C- Pune || SME/Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the O2C team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to SLAs.
• End-to-End O2C Management: Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash process including order processing, billing, collections, and cash application.
• People Management: Supervise team members, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, suggest enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues.
• US Night Shift Support: Ensure availability and support for US time zones, managing escalations and critical tasks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular team performance reports and maintain proper process documentation.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or equivalent
