Nursing Officer - Nursing Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and delivering treatments and interventions as prescribed. Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, medical conditions, and treatment goals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and responses to treatment. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for medical recordkeeping.
