Nursing Head - Indira IVF

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Nursing Head at our renowned Mother and Childcare Hospital coming up in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff management.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to provide excellent care to all patients

2. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

4. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

5. Monitor patient care outcomes and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse with a valid license

2. Proven experience as a Nursing Head or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

5. Knowledge of current healthcare trends and best practices in nursing
