Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
- Work US Night Shift (5 days working & 2 rotational week off).
