Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide customer support via voice, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (for technical support roles).
- Achieve assigned performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in an international BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
